Dinner for One


Quick dinner for myself:

Flatbread with grilled chicken, monterey jack cheese, avocado and tomato.
On the side, mango, blackbean and bell pepper relish.
Easy, fast and sooo yum.

Tasty lookin', Kate. I wish I could still eat avocado, as it makes concoctions like this extra special, but alas...
